How much are my dues and where do I sent my payment?
The 2020 dues are currently $59.95 per month. The budget is prepared and distributed in November for the following year. Payments are due on the first day of each month and are late if they are not received within 15 days of the due date. Late payments will be charged a $10 late fee.

Can I pay using a credit card?
 Homeowners can now use an online portal through PayLease to set up an online account and make payments using a major credit card or e-check (ACH). Click the image at left to visit the PayLease website where you can log in and make your HOA payments.
Where is the management office located?
Our management company, Homeowner Association Services, is conveniently located just off of Crow Canyon Road in the office buildings near the San Ramon City Offices. Their address is: 2266 Camino Ramon
San Ramon, CA 94583 Who is responsible for the maintenance of the pond?
In 2008, the Association was successful in turning the maintenance responsibilty for the pond and detention basin, including the fencing surrounding the pond to the City of San Ramon. Questions or concerns about the pond can be directed to the City using their online maintenance request form, located here.
